Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 14, 2010 4:03 pm hi all long time lurker, first time poster i am from QLD but own a big block over in Perth. had it for a few years now and now i have the funds to subdivide it. i already have approval from the WAPC and looking to build a duplex on it. being interstate, i need someone to manage the development for me. basically i need someone to clear the conditions on the subdivision and simultaneously draw up some plans for me to submit to a builder after the council grants development approval. any recommendations for companies that can oversee this from start to finish? I want to avoid going direct to a builder because I have heard horror stories of them screwing customers around, as they own the copyright to the plans. tia roj Re: Recommendation for Perth Project Manager 2Jul 14, 2010 4:08 pm Vision Surveys can hanlde the subdivision for you ( I used em and they were great - you can do as much or as little of the process as you wish ) but I dont know anyone that can handle both the sub and the builds for you.
