Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 08, 2010 10:43 pm Hi. We have just started building our new home with Eden Brae (Saville 25), and wanted some feedback from other who have dealt with this builder. So far, everything is going well and if thing keep moving as they have been, we will be very happy. Re: Building at Mount Annan - with Eden Brae 2Jul 09, 2010 11:53 am Hi Julslis, We are also building the Saville 25 (+2), just around the corner in Spring Farm. We are almost finished. We had our PCI 4 weeks ago and are currently waiting for EBH to repair the defects. EBH were fabulous throughout the build, but have been a little slow towards the end. Didn't help that we had a change of SS though. I look forward to hearing more about you progress! The only thing we changed beside the split level in our house, was the front windows. We had the fixed panel at the bottom so the winder was not mounted so low. Anyway, best of luck and hope you get in soon. Will try to pics soon.... I built with EB back on 2009.
