We have a townhouse in a strata complex in WA and strata Managers advised it expires 6 years after the registration of the strata plan - however, BCA advises its 6 years after then PCI inspection date by Council. (which in that case are two different dates)... so now curious as to which is correct and is it the same for a single freehold residential dwelling?
