Hi all,
Does anyone know what the criteria for building a residential dwelling on land in a farming zone is?
Is it true that you won't get approved if the land is under 0.4 hectares? (can someone please tell me what that equates to in m2)
We have found some great blocks in a small rural town, the only 1 in the township zone has just gone under offer and we will know in 24hrs whether it is accepted (we are 2nd in line ) but these other lots seem like a good 'plan B'.
Any advice would be great.
