the land that we required is a small block with rear lane garage (had bad experience with Big block) It pretty funny, The developer said it 360m2... but we got 384m2 in Titles... We choose Paterson Cottage as our design (with some modification with the structure) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We signed the PPA in end of January The prestart was done at beginning of April At the prestart, We just knew that if we building this house, we will given automatic upgrade of all kitchen appliances to top of the range, and we also will receives a Fully ducted inverter aircon , so we basically upgrade all the stuff except lightning features. and remove floor tiling of main area, carpet and kitchen splash back, and all shelving in wardrobes as well, we will do it after the hand over, We spend 7 hour and 57 minutes in prestart....
