42 years old and could probably bench press me!!

Michelle, i know that some of us didn't notice the alignment of the peak to the doors, i think that was because the roofing structure was not on yet, so all we noticed were the horizontal and vertical beams.
But i think that once the peak is on, it is going to stand out a lot more...

Is it worth the issues down the track? Is it a very expensive exercise to ask them to change it? I'm sure they can look after you, even if the cost was 50/50...

If this is a house that you are going to stay in, you need to be happy with it....

At the end of the say it is YOUR choice, i know, but think of what it will look like finished and if you will be ultimately happy or not.

If I was your wife I would SACK your receptionist!!!

But I did a bit of weight lifting once……warm up leg pressed, more than other woman pressed as their work out weight!!!!!

Your receptionist looks great, and it takes a lot of perseverance to achieve her look…….yay girl power!!!!

Do you know when I used to water ski…..I could ski longer than any of the guys!!!! 20 minutes or more straight at over 40 miles an hour!!!!!

So…….now where were we……oh yeah……woman…..have better staying power!!!!

Hi Phoenix, this is a $13000.00 awning.

To get it all done again means ordering all the metal again, which increases our price two fold.
Not to mention the extra money I’m about to outlay in there….

But I might push for a discount….due to stupidity!!!! HIS and mine!

Push his stupidity more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's easier to believe!!!!

You know what, after it's up, if you don't mention it, then no-one will probably notice when they come around anyway - unless you tell them....

New photos from today’s development, and as I had hoped, I don’t think the off set looks as bad now that the roof is going on. Although everything, including my small paver gardens will all have to be moved over by a meter.

Now I’m a big girl, and I am taking responsibility for half of this project going pear shape. I should have known better, and should have taken more control of the project!
Shame, but that’s how it is. I have been flat out at work today, and didn’t get a chance to ring him yet.

But I have worked out why our conversation had been forgotten by him.

He has designed this awning from my site plan…..IF he had taken measurements and more notice onsite, this wouldn’t have happened.

Anyway this will be my last blow up on this post, as I said, I hold half the responsibility.
