Building in Drysdale

Hi - love this site - it's gr8 to share info - and learn from others. We are building in Drysdale area in Geelong - talk about confused!!! We are thinking of NBG but also are tempted with My Complete Package - which have amazing extras which finishes the house off completely !!! If anyone out there has any advice - bring it on!!! We are thinking of the Curlewis Estate which won't be titled until next Feb/March - hope they are not late - because I did read one thread where they had to pay the builder $1,000 for every month the land was overdue with the title!!????

Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow…
