Why would you want to lift the whole door then? Wouldn't that be quite heavy and could cause more damage if you drop it on top of the person inside the toilet?? The problem is not unlocking the door. This is the easy part. But if someone is unconcious on the other side of the door you may not be able to push the door open. This would particularly be the case if the toilet is just on the otherside of the door. Yes, dropping the door on someone having a heart attack would not be a good move.
