Only did one coat in the criss cross with a wide brush. Had planned on doing two but used the whole 1L can ($60 worth) on the first coat and it looks great so didn't need a second, though the can does recomend it. Wasn't hard at all. Heaps of people comment and nearly everyone walks over to touch it, most think it's wallpaper or something. Anyway, here are the best pics I have: During the day before we moved in Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ With furniture and curtains. I think I brought a sample of 'hazlenut glaze' by dulux but it looks too silver. Dulux paint -Neutral Intrigue is the colour. No undercoat (other than the wall colour already done by the house painters) Used a wide brush and just whacked it on in a criss-cross pattern. Did try to roll it on then criss cross but not as good. Sorry to hijack Jazz. House is looking awesome and yes, Goop is great for protection but a bugger to see through Building the Pl@ntation Retreat on 4009m2. All moved in!!!!!! Re: House That Jazz & Brett Built - Naked Front Door! 300Aug 25, 2010 9:16 am Naked Front Door Our Corinthian Front Door has been installed – it does look a bit naked at the moment. Can’t wait to see what it looks like in high gloss black!
