Just wanted to pipe in here.
My parents are building a small house with Orbit and it's been great so far. It's now at lock up and mum said the bricklaying quality is excellent - couldn't fault it (my parents have built quite a few homes so know what to look for). We'll see how it all finishes up.

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.

I would never build with Fowler homes. I built with them in 2021 and till date maintenance issues are pending. All their existing trades and businesses don't work with…
