Go to display homes, check builders online sites for plans. Then when you find what you like, you can think about the little extras you may want to buy. Most builders probably supply basic items for their houses and you can decide after you have seen what they supply you can buy extras. Good luck with choosing a builder. It is not easy but worth it in the end.
