My mum makes a couple of cakes for my dad. I also have an awesome slice recipe that has no sugar or fat in it, just dried fruit if you are interested. (others might like to see it rather than pming it) I have a few receipes that are no fat, or low sugar, or no dairy (remember poor!) like my pineapple cake (can crushed pineapple, 2 cups SR flour and 3/4 cup sugar, 170 deg 30 mins. He probably has more sugar than all of us cos when he has low bloods, he can have jelly beans, or juice, or lollies....LUCKY! I also have both '4 ingredients' books, which are awesome. that ice cream 'cake' sounds the way to go..never thought of that, thanks!!!
