They were clearly damaged in the transport as they chips are in the exact same place on every tile. Has anyone ever had a similar experience? What was the resolution? This is how it works: everyone will claim it's not their fault (supplier, driver, unloader, tiler, etc). Apparently it happens al the time. I expressed my concern at this but there appears to be no other choice. They have to be given a chance to repair them. Sigh.
