Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 21, 2010 2:20 pm Hello all I so love this forum! While I've seen quite a few posts on insulation, heating, cooling etc, I was wondering whether I should pay extra to get zoned heating instead of the gas ducted central heating that is being provided as part of the land & house package. My builder thinks that since the house is quite small (17sq, single level, 3-bed, ensuite, sep bath, laundry), I dont need zoned heating. What do you guys think?
