Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 20, 2010 12:18 pm Anyone else? Our block is narrow and long - 15.24 meters by 64 meters. We want a single story house with 4 bedrooms. After a lot of research, Kentville 28 by Clarendon seems to be the best fit. We live overseas and so far have only talked to the sales over the phone. Will be flying down to Sydney in July and our sales guy said we will be able to do the color selection then. So I am wondering how practical it is. How many times were you requested to go to Clarendon's office to choose all the upgrades you want? Can we do it in one go? We don't see the possibility of flying down again before Christmas. We did not pay anything to them yet, not even the $1000 deposit so they can do the survey and soil test. The sales guy said we can sign the tender and drawings by fax later so this should not be a problem. What are your procedures like? Thanks!
