I just received a variation from my builder my question is though all the tiling is now complete and has been for a week now but they are only now just sending the variation through after the fact.........can I be cheeky and not sign? What will they do, do you think? Rip all the tiles up through the entirity of the home (and its a lot of tiles)
Or should i just get over it and pay it?

Did you upgrade something and they are just late sending the variation?
Or, have they changed something without your agreement and just sent through a variation after the work is done?

So you're happy with the house?
Then keep you're part of the deal.
They are probably good builder - which is why you chose them, - but they are maybe not so good at accounting - which you now know - so don't take advantage of them.
