Building in Byford

HI and welcome. I am not building in Byford but there have been a few posters who were/are. So who are you building with? Is this your first build? What part of the building stage are you up to? Buying a block, choosing your colours, pci? etc

we are building with Scott Park and building the Grand Wisteria with a few variations. We have had pre start and have got our Building approvals so just waiting for all the fun to begin. Hope to be having a meeting with the Site supervisor and the people doing the septic work early next week. Very exciting have been waiting approximately 12 months for some sort of work to begin.

Hi, we are also building the Grand Wisteria and looks like we are at about at the same stage, also had building approvals and pre start. We are building in Aubin Grove and again very much like you have been waiting for ages for things to get moving but fortunately not quite as long as 12 months:)

We are building in the older part just as you come into Byford form Thomas Rd. Got a phone call this weel should see things happening in the next 2 - 3 weeks
