Some advise, experience needed..
We have a 3.5x3.5 outdoor room coming off our lounge room with 2 x 2110x2990 alum stacker doors opening up the side/corner of our house..... We have deleted the concreting of the outdoor room from our contract as it was apx $3k to memory SC advised we could do cheaper after handover.
For budget purposes how much would it cost privately if anyone knows...? and what is my cheapest option for the flooring... ie, timber, pavers, tiles?
any thoughts / advise would be appreciated....Thanks
