Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 16, 2010 4:41 pm Hi folks, We're closing in on completion of our house in the southern suburbs of Perth - hoping to have our PCI in about 5 or 6 weeks if all goes to plan. Given the issues that a lot of people on here have experienced (not with our builder, just in general) and based on what a lot of others on here have done I thought it would be a good idea to have a professional building inspector on-site at the time of our inspection. Does anyone know of good independant inspectors in the perth/south perth area with an idea of pricing to get someone on-site and a full written report? Thanks.
