Anyone got idea how Floor Space Ratio calculation works/varies in CDC vs DA
Say if the lot in FSR 0.5 in Parramatta Council, one Builder told me max they can fit is Design 42sqs with a Granny on top, while another said 48sqares with a Granny on top.
Is it true the Outdoor area, internal voids & part of garage not included in 50% FSR ?
Any link to rules difference between CDC vs DA would be helpful.
