I am a first home buyer. Was looking around for a builder, house & land package, came to meet Homebuyers Centre. Since they are new in VIC, not getting enough feedback. Anybody here dealing with them please share their experience.

Weird - rest assured here in Vic these things are included, but of course you have to check the Spec Sheet they give you when you visit the display home and then if you go ahead to check you Addenda's etc to make sure all is included in the Contract.
