The first was plank on ply as described by upgraders and we had to trim the bottom of the doors to fit. The carpet areas were only slightly below the timber floor level. The house we have now we have direct stick boards throughout the house. They are fairly level with the tiled rooms. You will only have to move any appliance that is not fixed in place. The house was full of dust but we just cleaned it before we moved in. It was no problem at all. Sonya I had new concrete laid, extended the alfresco and had the sidewalks concreted too.
