Had our first inspection yesterday and we saw a problem with our vanities in en suite and bathroom. The super phoned the carpenter immediately and within 5 mins the carpenter arrived and corrected the problem. It reminded us of the Yellow pages ad. How often did your builder (or builders representative) communicate with you? More than once a week, Once a week, Fortnightly, Monthly, Was it enough? Were you satisfied with their levels of communication? Did they do what they promised they would do? Once a week it was a rule but we got more often - depends on the the work. We laso have been receiving emails with a longer - month or two schedule of the work. cheers kate Re: HOW OFTEN DOES YOUR BUILDER UPDATE YOU? 25Oct 21, 2007 1:19 pm We live only 400 metres from where we are building (I measured exactly!) - so you can imagine the level of communication we will expect to have - first name basis and know everyones kids names as well!! hehe
