Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 10, 2010 2:21 pm We had our PCI inspection yesterday and the inspector (Darren from Darbecca; HIGHLY recommended) picked up some things that need fixing but nothing that is worth delaying Handover for (extra roof insulation, mortar smears and door seals etc...) Im writing up a list of things to be done after handover (next friday ) and want to make sure I dont forget anything. Can I put a timeframe on the repairs? Are there any rules about this (in vic) that I need (or the builder needs) to comply with? thanks lauren Lauren and Tony: Building our first home in the Vaucluse estste, Doreen, Melbourne http://laurenandtonyshouse.blogspot.com/ Quote of the Day: "I know what you wanted but I did it this way becausee I thought it would look better" Re: Fixing thigs after Handover: what to put in agreement? 2Jun 10, 2010 2:44 pm This whole issue of paying IN FULL before the job is finished somehow seems wrong.
