I just doing some inspection today of our new house frame and found some problems of the garage corner as show in pics:

the frame is bit out of the slab concrete, and they use the piece wood put down at bottom, and my inspector said this is possibly design mistakes when builder made drawing and it's not big issue for structure but I just wonder whether or not builder able to fix up this problem? and how?
I read another thread which mentioned the same problem, and in most case, the maximum tolerance is 10mm, but mine is more than this, so any solution to fix up?
