We are on a tight deadline and so far a lot of the timings for this or that have blown outt by a week here and a week there - it all adds up. So just wanted to know if the average 6 weeks is a good indicator for DA or if we should expect longer? We took 3.5 months for ours, and that was with very few changes needing to be made. One of the guys at the council told us it was taking them 6 weeks to approve garden sheds at the moment... Even if it's not being sub-divided and you want to keep it as Torrens title, you will still need to talk to a town planner or Council themselves, to see if they will allow… 1 11039 Thanks again Simeon for being so elaborate.
