We still think that the day we engaged the Sales Consultant 2qtr 2009 they were "the best of the worst". They were the only mass/volume builder with out specific needs. I built with S1 too, and my built started in Oct 2009 too, S1 Northern office too. I moved into my house last month. I fully understand how high-handed S1 can be. Frame work is not to spec as pre engineering and brick work is going up. I have been asking to meet with my site supervisor but have had no luck. Its like talking to a brick wall. I thinking of not paying there invoice for frame stage until all is done. MDH0209 can you gives an update with your dealings.
