We have paid deposit on 2x blocks at Selandra. They will settle late November. I will not pay these prices for Cranbiurne East, I am in touch with my solicitor to pull out! Has anyone else had legal feedback? Also I was told by Krystal that vote has been extended to end of October. I hate all names, I want Clyde North which is what I am paying for!!. Even council letter states they don't know how this will affesct Property Values......Totally disgusted as it appears Stockland knew about this in 2010 and still sold me the blocks in February 2011 Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 104Oct 29, 2011 6:59 pm Hey CRTX - how did your handover go? Mine was also supposed to be the 27th October but the builder was sick..... Quite a few houses are looking finished now, anyone moving in soon? Has anyone got any recommendations for driveway contractors? Re: Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 105Oct 30, 2011 8:08 am ewotpk Hey CRTX - how did your handover go? Plenty of houses I can see with temp fencing removed ready for hand over. Few things still need fixing which we only noticed until actually living but they are getting rectified Wednesday. What stage / lot are u guys? Living in the Porter Davis Foxley 27 @ Selandra Rise Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 106Nov 07, 2011 9:42 am So I guess this is the new Clyde North: http://theage.domain.com.au/real-estate ... 1n1zl.html Anyway... welcome to Cranbourne Guys... always lots of debate about trying to change THAT name... I did say about a trying to get new suburb being created, that would include parts of Cranbourne North and Narree warren south say Greaves or Center Rd to Thompsons Rd and Narree-Cranbourne Rd to Clyde Rd, in another thread... maybe we can expand that from ending at Thompsons rd to all the way to Ballarto Rd or even the South Gippy. Am i going to be in Cranbourne address? Nicole Nicole1983 Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 109Nov 15, 2011 8:40 am So whats the postcode you guys have being given 3978 or 3977 ? Cheers Cozmo ______________________________ Building a PD Heywood 29 http://fromevetoeternity.blogspot.com/ Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 110Nov 15, 2011 8:45 am Congratulatons CRTX on moving in to you new home. We just got our building permits yesterday. I received a letter from the council & the address of the property still states as 3 Appaloosa Grove, Clyde North. Iam not sure if the council has changed their minds or the name change has not yet been effected. Anyways now that we have decided to build we might as well accept the fact that its not going to be clyde north. A suburb is good or bad based on its residents & if all of us can live as a great community together then it doesnt matter if its clyde or cranbourne. It is great to see soo much co-operation amongst the prospective residents already through the thread & i hope this will extend once everyone of us starts living there. Hence iam convinced that no matter i live in Cranbourne or Clyde as long as Iam living in a great community, that's what matters.
Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 111Nov 15, 2011 8:47 am Cozmo So whats the postcode you guys have being given 3978 or 3977 ? cant remember the postcode will check again today & post it on forum tomorrow. I believe off memory its 3978 on the council letter. thanks Rajiv Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 112Nov 15, 2011 1:23 pm My council rates document, which i received on 20-oct 2011 says my address is Clyde North 3978 Nicole1983 Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 113Nov 15, 2011 3:46 pm so are they going to change the postcode ? 3978 is Cardinia Clyde Clyde North And its the postcode that will determine the value the banks use ect. So if your postcode fdoes not change I would just keep on using Clyde North.... or Berwick like everyone else within 20kms of it Cheers Cozmo ______________________________ Building a PD Heywood 29 http://fromevetoeternity.blogspot.com/ Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 114Nov 15, 2011 6:17 pm Hi Cozmo, How u know 3978 is Cardinia,Clyde,Clyde North ? I hate Cardinia. I want clyde or clyde North. Of course why not Berwick Nicole1983 Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 115Nov 16, 2011 11:46 am Oh and if postcode 3977 is a worry... we refinanced after 18 months and our land value increased by over 20% or 40k... so its not all bad. Cheers Cozmo ______________________________ Building a PD Heywood 29 http://fromevetoeternity.blogspot.com/ Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 116Nov 16, 2011 11:54 am Nicole1983 Hi Cozmo, How u know 3978 is Cardinia,Clyde,Clyde North ? Yep it covers every single block in the Selandra Rise estate, basically all land covering up to Berwick-Clyde Rd. If you haven't settled on your land as yet, you may not have received a letter however if you contact Peter via the contact details listed above at the City of Casey and have a chat with him, you may be able to request for a copy of the letter seeing as you will be affected too. I agree, it's definitely pathetic! Cheers. Hi , my partner and I have bought in paso grove, we are about to sign land contract on saturday with stockland, promised the title for stage 11 is 2 weeks away ? should we believe this? what is your experience? are you in your new house now? and what is the suburb and postcode, getting a lil concerned after reading all these comments. cheers lisa Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 118Nov 17, 2011 12:02 pm lukasbuild Better way in for my first post after lurking for a while. We are building in stage 9, Forest Drive. A little frustrating at the moment as it looks like early November will be the earliest time for our Land to settle. Claire that package is the same as what we have included in our package, I think it's a phone point, NBN ready broadband connection and a HD antenna port (it's all underground Antenna in Selandra Rise). I have breezed over a few posts in relation to slabs, if you haven't finalized plans with your builder already make sure you fix site costs including your slab. Almost every slab laid in the estate will be H Class, which means the foundations on the sides go much deeper (to allow for movement when there are high clay densities in the soil) and upgrading to a H class is sometimes quite costly! Oh we are building with Henley, as far as I know our whole street is? hi we have bought a plot in stage 11, promised to be titled in 2 weeks, supossed to settle in 30 days, so how have you been going? are you still building? cheers Lisa Re: Selandra Rise, Clyde North 119Nov 17, 2011 12:09 pm THOMA So, as they knew in may 10 about this and then sold me a block stating its Clyde north in january 2011, can I take action against them for false advertising?
