We are at the CT stage and we are building 2 x Monaco 2s in Londonderry and I agree with Maybenexttime123 and Nickle_31 Brett is fantastic! I havent dealt with anyone else at this stage but we have colours next week. YAY! Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 2993Oct 08, 2012 2:33 pm Blog has been updated. Click on the link below. Re: McDonald Jones Homes - The new thread 2995Oct 08, 2012 8:44 pm Hey Everyone! Its been forever since I posted last. So happy to see everyones progress and more Havana's being built. Well we are waiting for contracts to be drawn atm and am being told it should take about 3 weeks from colour appointment as there is a bit of a back log. We had our colour appointment and it was a ball. Nadine at Thornton is fantastic and made me feel very confident and comfortable with my selections. She was extremely helpful and happy at every step. She is an absolute asset to MJH's. I have had only one minor glitch which was my CLO telling me my plans that I signed off on were not including a hallway to the garage from foyer. Which I was certain they were. Once he double checked he confirmed that I was correct and would include the hallway free of charge lol...how nice of him. Anyway other than that all has been a great experience so far and far from stressful. I also have previously forgotten to mention how great my dealings were with Cathy Bejma from the Rutherford/Anambah office. She as well was extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will try to attach photos of my selections but not sure how I will go. Monz21 - MJH asked our bank for an ACC and I think in the end it just meant so long as MJH received in writing (ie an email) something from the bank to represent what an ACC provides it will do the trick. But that discussion was between MJH and the bank. Fingers crossed Monz21, that it will happen for you this week! To all new MJH builders - welcome. I hope you enjoy the info from the forum members and the support as helpful as I have.
