I didn't recognize the little symbol on the plans missing on windows we wanted to open. Didn't ask about the TV mount, saw the cost in the electrical sheet and said I would do ourselves. I had severe headaches/migraines, nausea, horrible nightmares, stinging eyes, couldn't think properly and was walking around bumping into walls. I had worked a night shift, closed all the doors and windows to keep the noise out through the day while I slept and woke up in a bad way. It continued for 5 days before I realised what it was.
