Looks great Gardenretreat
We have chosen Winter Ice too for our wall colour. McDonald Jones were using it on a lot of their display homes we went through in Newcastle and it looks really nice. Would love to see some more photos of the kitchen if you have some. You mentioned you thought the bar back looked a different colour to your overhead cupboards. Was it just because it had a protective coating on it or did they make a mistake?

Hi cathyleigh,
When I looked yesterday the bar backs have all been removed so maybe they were the wrong colour after all? Not sure what the deal is. I'll take some more pics when I can . The winter ice is ok after all I thought it was going tk be a grey/white but it looks cream/white . All good . Kitchen is good I am pretty happy with it . Would def recommend the polyurethane . Kitchen is all covered jn plastic whilst they paint but next time I'll go I will take more pics.
Really starting to look like a real house now.
How's your build coming along ?

Hi Gardenretreat1
I have been really enjoying watching the progress of your build. It is great to see things really moving along for you now. Do you know an estimated date of when you might get the keys??
I thought the Winter Ice was more a grey/white too because it looks like that in the display homes and that is why we chose it. Maybe it just depends on the lighting throughout the day. It is a fairly neutral colour so I think it will be okay. Might not be a bad idea to check the paint tins also to make sure it is the right colour. We also chose to upgrade to the polyurethane kitchen. It was quite pricey but something I have always wanted. What colour splashback are you getting?
I think our brickwork will probably be fully completed by now. I emailed our site supervisor the other day and am just waiting to hear back as to where we are at. I don't think it will be too long now and we will be at lock up. We are supposed to be meeting our electrician on site soon so will take some more photos then.
