BUILD HOUSE AT WYNDELLA ESTATE (SIMOND-FLINDERS-TYPE)

Hi All,

Anyone know which plan suit on my block ?

I have a land at wyndella estate truganina.

it's corner block which must have double garage.

the problem is :
the front width = 12.39M.
but because it's corner so it must be reduce by 2M
so maximum I can build only 10.39M
the driveway is infront.

Any Idea ?

I found simonds home has a flinders type
http://www.simonds.com.au/
It's good type but I have to trim it from right to 1.3M.
Isn't will be too small ?

Anyone have experience building with Simonds (Flinders Type).
Do you get rebate, if you trim the size ?

Is it a good idea to trim the original plan?

Do you have any suggestion/input ?

Thanks a lot for your help
The best person to ask is Simonds. Find out what they can do - I remember when I visited one of the homes @ PD, and they had a home we loved but the frontage needed was 16.5m. We only had 16m and they cannot change that due to certain issues they had.

Why dont you skim through the other websites and narrow down the search to a frontage size that you need. If it doesmt' work out, then you may have to get an independent builder.

Good luck!
Simond said.. It can be trim.. but is it worthed ?
or I have to choose other design.. ?
Its up to what you can live with, I sugguest you look around and then make your decision, who know,s you actually find something that you like better and parts need not to be trimed. Personally, 1.3m is a lot to trim.
Thanks..

I found one.. which is in HomesNow Design..

But I saw a lot of reviews.. it seems they are *** on Site cost.

Is that better that I just do my custom plan on other builder such as arban ?

Is that so much expensive with similar design idea ?

Thanks
