Interesting ... we had owned our block for some time prior to engaging M so the water was already in our name and we were already paying the bill. Called the energy company and i had to explain from the beginning. I also mentioned that the person i spoke to said he will put a extension on my payment. They said they will look into it and will inform me about there findings.
