Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 28, 2010 11:45 pm my block was titled may 3. im merrily thinkng my plans are in council and i thought id check an approximate time for a slab and i was told by admin that they are waiting for "engineers wall column details" before they can lodge to council. my plans have been signed since december. prestart was in march. im really not sure what this is? is it something to do with my land? im really particularly disheartened at the moment . i get all the documents to them promptly and months later they ask for them again! everyone else seems to have this time plan from their builder..is this standard cos ive been given nothing with any dates or guides to go by. ive already had to previously complain about the lack of work that is happening and i dont want to be a pain customer but i really do feel like they have had ample time to do anything and everything they could ever need to do so as to reduce further delays. uurrggg oh while im here do any of you armadale council guys know how long plans are taking to get through? advice please....
