Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 27, 2010 9:26 pm Hi Our builder has quoted us $4500 to upgrade our pine to upgrade to European House Borer resistant timber - Blue Pine..(They strongly recommend this) Does this sound correct? Early responses would be appriciated as we either need to sign or the variaation or sign a disclaimer protecting the builder if we chose not to be upgraded..
