We finally got the call, site start on Monday! I am so excited I just had to share.
Although not our first home, it is our first time building so I'm a little nervous. Does anyone have experience building with Henley in Melbourne's South East? I'd love to hear how you found the whole process......

Yay for your site start; it's soo exciting to visit your block and actually see things happening
My friend built with Henley in Pakenham about 2 years ago and she's happy with her house; most people say it looks just like a display home cos it's so pretty! The only thing I can think of that you should keep an eye on is to make sure they put enough insulation in the ceiling; my friend recently had a pest controller up in her roof and he asked if the insulation had been done by someone ******* under the government scheme cos there were so many bare patches

Mark, that's great. I look forward to following your build too. It will be interesting to see how our builders track against each other.
Slightly worrying about the lack of ceiling insulation on your friends home Grom40. I will definately keep an eye on that stage of the build. We plan to use a private inspector so hopefully he would pick up on things like that.
Thanks everyone for your congratulations. I love Homeone!!!!
