Hi Folks,
haven't updated for a while so here comes a pic fest. I've been in the last couple of weekends putting in the special acoustic batts and "quietwave" wall treatment for the music room. This is so that I can get as close to studio sound dampening/separation as I can commercially get without spending a bomb on it. Tough work cutting the high density batts but the rubber matting that is sandwiched between 2 layers of 13mm gyprock was great to do and didn't take a lot of time at all. Now the plasterers are in and should be finished tomorrow. I was there this afternoon and they've finished the ground floor.... They were doing the upstairs so I didn't get any shots up there.

After the walls, we should be getting the floorboards in to acclimatise and install, then the cabinetry. Can't wait to see the kitchen go in!
