Um... at this stage we are thinking of going with Spotted Gum from the entry through to the back living area. We were originally going to have Bamboo - just not 100% sure of the look and I've heard they can be "too" hard if the kids fall over, etc. Will have carpet in the bedrooms and study, and probably the front living area. The only place we have tiles are the two bathrooms, laundry and powder room. Kitchen will be floorboards. Well there my thoughts until we get actual prices on the floorboards.... Building moving very quickly....they are saying we will be in before the end of October.
