Thought it was V you were leaning towards. congrats on making a decision. Re: Perth,Updated house plans,do we need to re-think anythin 553Nov 09, 2010 7:52 pm Ok the clocks on V Hi ya Kexkez, the design is VERY sim to the Faversham, but the kitchen placing is better & it has more bench space with an island, really into islands It is 1 room less but only acouple of sq m smaller & there is alot more included. I have read alot on here about them & everyone seems vhappy We have not done a final/final plan as we have only just decided on them,we are waiting for a plan at the end of the week, but i think its pretty much done really:: Just have to go through the earth works, make some phone calls & check acouple of things. The other builder was really fab to us ,it come down to inclusions/the standard of the taps etc used, the laundry tough was one of those old metal ones & no bench, this one has a built in basin & bench/cupboards. Alot of what we had to change in the other plan is included in this one,the other we would have had to update alot & that = more $$$$ This one has a walk in linen press, the other had 2 doors in the hallway The list goes on & i will share later when i put up the plan for you all to comment on. cheers Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! Nice when there are heaps of inclusions. But I did get granite so I didn't miss out on everything. I look forward to seeing your design. We originally planned to build the ventura "le grande" I wanted to modify the front the house pushing the garage forwards though with a passageway in front of the lounge from the garage ( to be office) and a verandah across the front. sigh. Ewww! Didn't know they still existed. kerry-ann This one has a walk in linen press I may have missed it, but you didn't answer my question, what is a linen press??? Re: Perth,Updated house plans,do we need to re-think anythin 556Nov 09, 2010 10:16 pm Sorry there Mrs G Linen Press is the old fashioned term i think,i have just always known a linen cupboard as a linen press Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! Let me know what you find in the way of ironing board contraptions I had an old shower unit that broke on me and when I took it off, there were only 2 water pipes, instead of the normal 2 water pipes and a shower head pipe. S o I… 0 36937 Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional. 2 6884 No. It's not original. Circa early to mid 90s would be my guess and maybe even as late as early 2000s 1 6631 |
