Northbound, we do love the Hallmark built homes. They are built really well, the design just works and they are great value. We basically are getting a free inground pool with the money we saved compared to other builders! Love the fact that everything looks out to the alfresco (and pool) too. We looked at other homes, but never really considered them. All that furniture etc in the display homes is costed into the price of those lovely homes. We can do that ourselves. We turned the activity room into a bedroom and made bedroom two a theatre room/man cave/ladies lounge/guest room whatever. Changed the windows to suit. I'll post the plans shortly. emlet01 and 2pais, am looking forward to reading all about your builds. Have really enjoyed yours Pebbles (hope ours is as fast). Just completed build with Hallmark Homes May I ask why you chose not to use GJ Gardiner? I'm actually meeting with one of the sales guys tomorrow for an appointment.
