Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 12, 2010 5:24 pm Hi Guys, I am newbie, planning to Build Noosa design 279 from Coral - Wondering if you can give me any suggestions for the attached plan. http://i739.photobucket.com/albums/xx39/sraj2219/Noosa279Floorplan.jpg Re: Building in Port Macquarie from Coral - help with Plan 2May 13, 2010 1:08 pm Hi sraj and welcome to Homeone I too am building with Coral (thread link in my sig). I like your plans and I see you've made a few changes There's a few things I'll comment on. The Ref space and pantry door being so close together, would bother me as I guess the fridge door might get in the way sometimes. I would suggest moving the Ref space to the other end of that bench instead. I also wonder if you would consider overhead cupboards in the kitchen to provide you with some more storage. The ensuite is huge and the WIR could be bigger, so you could easily redesign the ensuite to give the WIR more space. Also your front door opens towards your feature recesses and because you've made the door bigger it will cover up that recess a bit, so you could reverse the direction of the door if you wanted. Just my two cents worth. What stage are you up to at the moment? Enjoy the process, Coral have been terrific for us so far. Good Luck Re: Building in Port Macquarie from Coral - help with Plan 3May 13, 2010 2:43 pm Hi Renee, Thanks for your comments, your house looks awesome....
