Hello budding home builders
I just have a quick question to see if anyone who is building in Rose Grange has experienced any great fluctuations in site costs. We are building on Skeleton Creek and we have been given an allowance of $8k in our contract with Porter Davis. Just curious to see whether this will blow out or not.
Unfortunately, even though we have a wonderful outlook, our block is slightly inclined.
Love to hear any feedback on site costs and/or Porter Davis experiences.

Henley should give you some indication of site costs. Too many variable to give you any reasonable accuracy
