Summit Xanthus - Aubin Gardens - Contracts! 69Jul 01, 2010 9:43 am Yay! We received the contract from the builder late yesterday! The bummer is that I'm away at work and not back till Tuesday, which means we have to wait till Weds to sign off on them... losing a week that they could be submitted to council! Re: Summit Xanthus - Aubin Gardens 70Jul 01, 2010 12:53 pm That sucks!! Good idea about the weed killer, I think i might do that too, considering there are NO plants to kill yet Garden - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=44214&p=670323#p670323 Decorating - viewtopic.php?f=6&t=47218&p=715743#p715743 Re: Summit Xanthus - Aubin Gardens 71Jul 02, 2010 3:01 pm Just found your thread. That floorplan is stunning - you will be happy with it when its up - esp the third garage. Re: Summit Xanthus - Aubin Gardens 73Jul 02, 2010 4:33 pm Bad experience? Do builders these days still give out schedules, as in, what the building stages are, timelines and such. Re: Summit Xanthus - Aubin Gardens 74Jul 02, 2010 4:36 pm Apparently there is one in the big file we get, I havent looked yet. If you cant find it might pay to ask them? Less than 8 weeks from signing to contract out. From the sounds of it Building Licenses have been taking 6 weeks but fingers crossed for less. Does anyone know if we have anything to look forward too before the license comes out? Like Taps or earthworks?
