hey guys,
i have just recd an invoice from me builder with regards to some of the minor upgrades (internal) the total cost roughly comes around 300 odd $ but i see a builders margin of around 50$ and an adminstration fee of 150$.
150$ for nothing at all. i havent got a chance to talk to the builder for an explanation. but anyone else has been through this?
i can understand the builders margin is the admin fees justified? any idea would be appreciated. i have no clue what the administration fees are so i know what i should be talking about rather than the builder giving me cow manure reasons and making a fool out of me.

edit: the minor upgrades were chosen during my first internal selections and no other changes were made, my house is still in stage 2.
