Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Sloping Block Builders Melbourne 10May 05, 2011 8:06 pm Hi there, Did you get them to do your plans or did you get them drawn up elsewhere? (If so, by who and what was the cost?) Thanks!! Re: Sloping Block Builders Melbourne 11Jul 06, 2011 11:24 pm Bumping this thread We are looking at this company to build our house. So far we have received a very good "ball park" figure from them for our custom build, and we are impressed with some of their standard inclusions. Anyone out there who have built with this company? I'd like to hear some feedback on them Custom downslope build Build thread viewtopic.php?f=31&t=61873 Blog http://www.buildingroyalmanor.blogspot.com.au Re: Sloping Block Builders Melbourne 13Nov 01, 2011 1:16 pm We are going through a cost estimate with them at the moment, and have had a walk through of one house they've completed. Whilst the house wasn't to our taste it had a similar fall to our block. The price they've given us is by far the best we've had but we just want to make sure that the build quality & finish is not compromised. Would be interested to hear people's experiences. Windows and doors left laying in mud for months. Site looks like a rubbish dump. Nothing but hassles and spent over 350K just on house.
