Double brick home, when do the sparkies and plumbers come?

Just recently started the brickwork. At what point do they come to first fix? Or do the brickies typically build the internal wall first and then wait for the other trades to finish first fixing?

plate height is what it is called when the brickwork finishes. It's the point where the first lot of the roofing timber is laid on top of the bricks.
