Re: Building with Urbanedge homes 3May 02, 2010 10:29 am They did our pillar wrong, they throught it was going to be rendered, so they did a rush job on the brick work, and now they have to pull it down and re-do it. our kitchen cabinet is not as per our contract.. We upgrade our kitchen sink and they still supplied the standard one...will need to follow this up on monday. After these incident, I did a check list and upgrade, so i can tick it off as I inspect the house in the future. which house are you building and where about? we're building at Derrimut...Zern 003 which is now Zern004 hope your building process is much better than ours Hanna Re: Building with Urbanedge homes 4May 02, 2010 10:39 pm Hi Hanna, I'm not building with UE but am building in Derrimut... This is his blog. http://www.bitmedia.com.au/ludo002blog/ He was the first house complete in our stage. They have told us that they strongly recommend them. They did have a few stuff ups, but I don't think there is any builder which will do things 100% right everytime. Right now I'm playing the waiting game for the land to be titled.
