So can someone tell me what things I should address to avoid any major pitfalls that others may have unfortunately encountered. Does this variation thingy commitment me to anything? Should I put a large exaggerated site cost allowance or will they then make sure it costs me that?? I'm a major newbie at this and would appreciated all the assistance you good people have to offer from the contract stage to even during the building stage.
