Very happy with the way they are progressing with the suburb - foreshore, parks etc. Can't wait to move there! Re: Commodore homes just signed up for the Bathurst 3May 01, 2010 11:09 am Hi i agree we were up there yesterday and see the lots to the front are starting to be set up, hope they start on the cafe and resteraunt area soon. Hopefully it will be a really nice place to live when the building is a lot more progressed. How far is your build progress? Hopeful for good weather over the next few weeks so they can keep going with no delays. Rent runs out here on 30.11.10 and if we are not in by then there will be trouble! Not too sure on the restaurant/cafes etc - I reckon they will wait until the apartments are built which could take some time. We have planned for around 5 years for the place to be pretty well done, so hopefully we can see some further action over the next couple. How long have you had your block? This delay could also be because we signed at the end of 1st homebuyers grant so they were very busy. Let us know how you go and if you need prices for prestart with 3 or 4 of us im sure we have them all http://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=28940 Ask for references and speak to them.
