Most entrance doors, bedroom doors and bathroom doors are usually 820mm. Pantries, linen and toilet doors tend to be 720mm. 520mm and 620mm are occasionally used on small spaces for cupboards, framed pantries and double linen doors. A 620mm opening is sufficient by any standard and whilst there is no real minimum in the BCA, it is rather small. Is it too late for you to get it changed?
